Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is seeking a Maintenance Admin Intern to support the Engineering team with administrative processes that keep our hotel running smoothly.

You will gain insight into building operations, preventive maintenance and the important role the Engineering department plays in guest experiences and ambassador programs. This internship offers coaching, development opportunities and an international, dynamic team.

Qualifications

• No minimum education requirement.
• Fluent English; Dutch language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing and maintaining technical documents for the Engineering team.
• Support administration of maintenance requests and work orders.
• Keep records, reports and compliance documentation up to date.
• Track inventory of technical supplies and assist with invoice processing.
• Help ensure information is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
