Job summary

Marriott International - Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel offers an Internship in Maintenance Admin. You will support the Engineering team with administrative processes that keep the hotel running smoothly, learning about building operations, preventive maintenance, and the role of engineering in guest experience.

You will organize technical documents, assist with work orders and maintenance requests, and help maintain records and reports.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Good communication skills; fluent in English (Dutch is preferred).
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn about hotel operations.
• Flexible and able to work independently or in a team.
• Internship duration 5 to 10 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organization and maintenance of technical documents and maintenance records.
• Support administration of maintenance requests and work orders.
• Help track inventory of technical supplies and support invoice processing.
• Ensure records and compliance documentation are up to date.
