Job summary

Accenture is seeking a motivated professional to join our Global M&A practice in Amsterdam. You will work on IT due diligence, merger integrations, and carve-outs to help clients transform complex transactions across industries and geographies.

The role requires an advanced graduate degree and 0–3 years of M&A experience; English fluency is essential, Dutch is a plus, and travel across Europe is expected. You will collaborate with diverse teams to deliver tech-enabled value.

Qualifications

• Advanced graduate degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, computer science or comparable fields.
• Above average grades.
• 0-3 years of experience in M&A consulting, strategy consulting, private equity or corporate internal M&A.
• Strong interest in M&A, strategy consulting, technology and AI.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language adds an advantage.
• Willing to travel in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Participate in IT and technology due diligence projects.
• Support merger integrations across IT, operations, finance, HR, supply chain and procurement.
• Contribute to carve-outs and divestitures planning and execution.
