Qualifications

• M&A / IT consulting experience required.
• Ability to combine M&A with technology topics (IT landscapes, AI).
• Fluent in English and Dutch; knowledge of other European languages a plus.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• IT and technology due diligence projects across enterprise IT landscapes and AI readiness.
• Merger integrations to plan and execute IT integration phases.
• Carve-outs and divestures including IT separation and data segregation activities.
• Joint-ventures and alliances to implement IT landscapes for partnerships.
