Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in IT or M&A roles.
• Experience in IT due diligence, carve-out, or integration is a plus.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Dutch is a plus.

• Support clients in pre‑ and post‑deal M&A projects focusing on IT strategy.
• Identify technology capabilities to support business needs.
• Work on IT Due Diligence, Carve out, Integration, and cost-saving assessments.
• Communicate and advise C-level clients.
