Job summary

Marktlink is seeking an M&A Associate (Consultant) with a strong background in finance and a passion for entrepreneurship. You will be involved from A to Z in transactions, conducting company and market analyses, preparing valuations and bid books, and meeting buyers and sellers.

You will actively expand Marktlink’s network and support project managers throughout the process. With a Master’s degree in Finance and 3–5 years of relevant experience, you are social, goal‑oriented, and capable of

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance or a finance-oriented Masters.
• 3–5 years of work experience as M&A analyst, associate or consultant.
• Social and entrepreneurial mindset with practical and strategic insight.
• Punctual and target-driven with strong communication skills.
• Affinity with SME‑companies is an advantage.
• Fluency in Dutch and good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Performing company and market analyses.
• Preparing valuations and bid books.
• Meeting potential buyers and sellers.

• Expanding and maintaining the Marktlink network.
