Job summary

Marktlink in Amsterdam seeks an M&A Senior Associate to advance independently from day one, handling substantial parts of the transaction process from A to Z. You will combine financial rigor with entrepreneurial drive and a keen interest in entrepreneurs, serving Marktlink’s SME clients.

You will perform market analyses, prepare valuations, meet buyers and sellers, and expand the Marktlink network while guiding financing applications and project support for the manager.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent
• 3–5 years M&A experience
• Strong analytical and commercial insight
• Excellent communication skills and reliability

Responsibilities

• Performing company and market analysis.
• Preparing valuations and bid books.
• Meeting potential buyers and sellers.
• Approaching new buyers and sellers.
• Expanding and maintaining Marktlink’s network.
• Preparing financing applications and solving financing issues.
• Providing broad support to the manager during projects.
