Job summary

Marktlink is seeking an M&A Associate (Consultant) with 3–5 years of M&A experience. You will conduct company and market analyses, prepare valuations and bid books, meet buyers and sellers, and expand the Marktlink network.

You will also assist in financing applications and support project managers from day one. You should have a Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent, strong analytical and commercial insight, and be fluent in Dutch with good English.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance or a finance-oriented master’s
• Minimum 3 years and max 5 years as M&A analyst/associate/consultant
• Strong analytical, strategic and commercial insight; high communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform company and market analyses
• Prepare valuations and bid books
• Meet potential buyers and sellers; approach new ones
• Expand and maintain Marktlink network
• Prepare financing applications and resolve financing issues
• Provide broad support to the manager during projects
