Job summary

Marktlink in Leek, Netherlands is seeking an experienced Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) dealmaker to join their team. You will be responsible for a significant part of the transaction process from start to finish, leveraging your financial and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as M&A analyst, associate, or consultant.
• Fluency in Dutch required and a good command of English.
• Affinity with SME-companies is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Performing company and market analyses.
• Preparing valuations and bid books.
• Meeting potential buyers and sellers.
• Approaching new buyers and sellers.
• Expanding and maintaining the (Marktlink) network.
• Preparing financing applications and solving financing issues.
• Providing support to the manager during the projects.
