Job summary

Marktlink seeks an M&A Senior Associate ready to operate independently and drive results from day one. You will conduct company and market analyses, build valuations, and present to potential buyers and sellers as part of a dynamic SME-focused dealmaking team.

You bring 3–5 years of M&A experience, a finance-oriented degree, and fluency in Dutch with English proficiency. You will expand the network, assist in financing, and enjoy rapid career growth with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance or a finance-oriented Master’s
• Minimum 3 years and maximum 5 years’ work experience in M&A as analyst/associate/consultant
• Fluency in Dutch and good command of English; strong communication skills
• Commercial mindset with practical and strategic insights; affinity with SME companies

Responsibilities

• Performing company and market analyses
• Preparing valuations and bid books
• Meeting potential buyers and sellers
• Approaching new buyers and sellers
• Expanding and maintaining the Marktlink network
• Preparing financing applications and solving financing issues
• Providing broad support to the manager during the projects
