Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Amsterdam seeks a Store Manager to lead sales, operations and security teams, driving sales, client development and exceptional service to our clients.

You will mentor staff, coach on the selling ceremony, and ensure the Tiffany experience is delivered with warmth, integrity and efficiency on the floor and in back office operations. Fluency in French, Dutch and English is preferred, along with at least eight years in luxury retail leadership and flexibility to work

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in retail store management or related hospitality.
• Proven track record in sales generation and meeting targets.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Ability to develop client relationships and maintain brand presence in market.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS system, and retail software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop sales, operations and security teams to meet/exceed sales plans.
• Mentor staff, coach on the selling ceremony, and deliver the Tiffany customer experience.
• Ensure efficient back of house operations and adherence to store procedures.
• Hire and develop talent, building a diverse, skilled team.
