Job summary

Prada Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Amsterdam to support the Store Manager, lead the sales floor, and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will promote brand values, drive omni-channel initiatives, and coach the team to maximize sales and customer loyalty.

You will act as a trusted deputy, ensuring operational excellence, accurate reporting, and proactive client engagement while upholding Prada standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing a boutique or a department store within the luxury or premium retail sector.
• Strong understanding of luxury retail and product knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; additional languages would be an advantage.
• Good understanding of the local client market.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in defining business strategies to exceed targets and maximise sales performance.
• Make commercial recommendations to drive sales and improve productivity.
• Coach the store team to develop action plans to meet KPI targets.
• Act as a brand ambassador representing Prada in the local market and on the shop floor.
• Promote Omni-Channel awareness and support e-commerce channel development.
• Lead recruitment activities alongside the Store Manager and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure excellent client satisfaction and highest service standards with Prada Selling Ceremony.
