PVH Corp. operates Tommy Hilfiger stores and is seeking a store supervisor with a background in premium or luxury brands. You will support management in personnel, product and merchandising functions and help lead the sales team to deliver an exemplary customer journey.

You will participate in weekly meetings, communicate promotions clearly, and foster a positive store environment while driving sales and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in supervisory or specialist roles within premium or luxury brand.
• People management experience is required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

• Ensure efficient shop floor operations to achieve high levels of customer service, sales and profit.
• Support management in personnel, product and merchandising functions and business processes.
• Attend weekly management and staff meetings and communicate promotions clearly to staff.
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team to deliver outstanding service.
• Foster a positive store experience and train staff on product knowledge and store maintenance.
