Job summary

Canada Goose in Amsterdam is seeking a Retail Sales Associate (full-time) to deliver exceptional customer journeys and reinforce the brand as a luxury performance lifestyle label. You will apply product knowledge to recommend solutions, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to achieving store sales goals while maintaining a premium service standard.

Minimum 2 years of retail experience required; ability to stand for long hours and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays;

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
• Proven track record of successful sales experience.
• Experience with luxury lifestyle brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a superior customer service journey reflective of Canadian Warmth.
• Provide customers with product recommendations using expert knowledge.
• Demonstrate selling behaviours to drive conversions and UPT.
• Build lasting client relationships and foster loyalty through outreach around product launches and events.
• Facilitate personal shopping appointments and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Support store operations, team collaboration, and execution of standards.
