Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience in customer-focused environment.
• Experience with luxury lifestyle brands in high-volume locations is preferred.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a superior customer service journey reflecting Canadian Warmth and brand standards.
• Provide product recommendations with expert knowledge to meet guest needs.
• Demonstrate selling behaviours to drive conversions and units per transaction.
• Build lasting client relationships and foster loyalty through outreach around product launches and events.
• Facilitate personal shopping appointments and contribute to achieving sales targets.
