Job Title: Retail Sales Associate (part-time)
Position Overview
- Deliver a superior customer service journey reflective of Canadian Warmth.
- Advisable customers needs through expert product knowledge.
- Demonstrate selling behaviours that drive Conversion and Units per Transaction (UPT) by actively introducing new, underperforming, and strategic categories.
- Create and foster lasting client relationships and customer loyalty through consistent engagement around upcoming product launches and brand events.
- Engage and inspire assigned clients by facilitating personal shopping appointments.
- Achieve or exceed personal sales goals and other key performance targets that drive store results.
- Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through teamwork and collaboration.
- Demonstrate curiosity and passion for learning by participating in all educational initiatives and strategies.
- Actively seek feedback to improve performance and foster growth.
- Consistently demonstrate company values and behaviours in all interactions.
- Excellent execution of all operating standards.
- Accurate and efficient use of register systems and store tools in compliance to Canada Goose standards.
- Support in the upkeep of overall physical store maintenance and cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years retail experience, preferably in a customer focused environment.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience.
- Experience working with luxury lifestyle brands is an asset.
- High‑volume traffic experience is an asset.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and flexible to work retail hours (standard, peak and holiday).
- Time management and multi‑tasking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced and team orientated environment.
- Adaptable to the elements that may impact the overall customer experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and know when to seek guidance.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office; specifically, Word and Excel are an asset.
- Proficiency in another language is an asset.
