Qualifications

• Customer service experience in luxury retail is preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends and peak holiday periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and product knowledge, with a brand-focus mindset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience
• Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories
• Engage with Clients to build long-term relationships using clienteling tools
• Drive and achieve individual and team sales targets
• Be a team-player and contribute to store-wide objectives
• Learn and master Brand and product knowledge
