Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Hospitality Management study at MBO/HBO level.
• Demonstrates precision and a passion for high-quality service.
• Shows initiative and desire to learn in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure impeccable cleanliness and maintenance.
• Supporting the Housekeeping Manager with planning, scheduling, and coordinating the team.
• Managing guest requests and handling feedback with care and efficiency.
• Working closely with Front Office and Engineering to guarantee seamless operations.
• Assisting in quality audits and contributing ideas to improve our services.
• Participating in cross-departmental shifts to broaden hotel knowledge.
