Job summary

Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam is seeking a Housekeeping Quality Management Intern in Amsterdam. You will join a passionate team, supporting planning, coordinating, and delivering the highest standards of cleanliness in luxury spaces.

You are enrolled in Hospitality Management (MBO/HBO) and bring an eye for detail, proactivity and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Travel allowance and staff meal program are provided.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Hospitality Management or related study (MBO/HBO level).
• Attention to detail and a passion for high-quality service.
• Proactive, flexible and eager to learn in luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure impeccable cleanliness and maintenance.
• Supporting the Housekeeping Manager with planning, scheduling, and coordinating the team.
• Managing guest requests and handling feedback with care and efficiency.
• Working closely with Front Office and Engineering to guarantee seamless operations.
• Assisting in quality audits and contributing ideas to further improve our services.
• Participating in cross-departmental operational shifts to broaden hotel knowledge.

Your role

As a Housekeeping Quality Management Intern, you will be part of a passionate and dynamic team that strives for the highest standards in luxury hospitality.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supervising and inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure impeccable cleanliness and maintenance.
• Supporting the Housekeeping Manager with planning, scheduling, and coordinating the team.
