Job summary

Hotel Okura Amsterdam is seeking a Commercial Coordinator to provide administrative, organisational and operational support to the Sales team, the Director of Sales and the Commercial Director. You ensure that commercial activities run smoothly, reports and data are accurately maintained, and different departments within the hotel work together effectively.

In this versatile role, you are an important link within the Commercial team.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sales Coordinator or similar role is preferred.
• Experience in four- or five-star hotel, luxury hospitality or high-end service is an advantage.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Knowledge of CRM/PMS or hotel sales systems is advantageous.
• Fluency in Dutch and/or English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support to the Sales team, Director of Sales and Commercial Director.
• Support Sales Managers with RFPs, contracting, invoicing, sales trips, site inspections and events.
• Maintain accurate client profiles, account information, and sales activities in relevant systems.
• Prepare and maintain commercial reports and monitor sales performance and targets.
• Coordinate training schedules for new Commercial employees and trainees.
• Collaborate with Marketing and other hotel departments on campaigns and initiatives.
