Job summary

Cartier in Amsterdam is seeking a CRC coordinator intern to support the Head of CRC and senior management with administrative tasks and event coordination for the Amsterdam platform.

You will work cross-functionally, organize meetings, assist with special projects, and help communicate activities within the CRC. Applicants must be enrolled in a university for the full duration and be proficient in English; this is a paid internship with a commuting allowance.

Qualifications

• Areas of study in communications, business management/development or hospitality.
• English mandatory as main working language for daily tasks.
• Luxury background is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive and persistent.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of CRC in various tasks and projects.
• Coordinate, organize and follow major teams' events and external visits.
• Support department in special projects and ensure coordination.
• Provide seamless support to leadership teams.
• Support teams in day-to-day operations.
• Organise, execute and assist with staff meetings and team events.
• Ensure qualitative internal communication to inform and promote CRC activities.
