Satispay invites a seasoned CFO to steward the Luxembourg-regulated entity, aligning group goals with banking compliance and capital adequacy. You will lead statutory reporting, financial control, audit coordination, and intercompany integration within the Group Finance framework.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership in financial roles at a primary EU financial hub or within Luxembourg-regulated payment institutions, EMIs, or banks.
• Deep knowledge of CRR/CRD directives, CSSF requirements, Luxembourgish accounting (Lux GAAP/IFRS).
• Eligible to meet CSSF "fit-and-proper" criteria for authorized director or manager.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver local statutory accounts and regulatory filings for Group consolidation with accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee liquidity management and protection of client funds per e-money rules; manage treasury activities.
• Lead risk management, capital and liquidity oversight with CRO and control functions.
• Represent the entity to regulators, tax authorities, and external auditors for annual audits.
• Own month-end financial reporting, balance sheet integrity, and management information for stakeholders.
• Oversee scalable Finance Operations, including reconciliations, AP/AR, and close processes.
• Coordinate intercompany reporting and planning within the Group Finance framework.
