Job summary

Satispay is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to scale and optimize our operational foundations across Europe. This role leads multi-country operations, standardizes processes, and drives data-driven performance across functions, reporting to leadership with a hands-on, ownership mindset.

Relocation to Luxembourg is required, with up to 50% travel between Luxembourg and Milan. The position emphasizes strategic execution, team development, and building scalable infrastructure for rapid expansion.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a COO, VP Ops, or senior leadership role.
• Proven ability to design, scale, and manage complex operational processes.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking to turn challenges into actionable frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operational activities to align with long-term objectives.
• Identify bottlenecks, standardize workflows, and implement scalable processes.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Product, Tech, B2B, and Compliance.
• Define and drive KPIs with robust reporting for data-driven decisions.
• Build resilient systems to support rapid user growth and expansion.
