Zusammenfassung

Ahold Delhaize is seeking a Product Manager – Loyalty to shape the strategy and delivery of digital loyalty experiences across European brands. You’ll lead a cross-functional team using agile methods, partnering with business representatives from five brands, local IT teams and platform groups.

You will own the product lifecycle, drive backlogs, and align customer value with business goals while ensuring security, privacy and compliance. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Technology, Business Studies, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in digital product environments.
• Proven product management experience with vision, strategy, and roadmaps; loyalty/B2C is a plus.
• Strong data analytics experience to improve products and customer experiences.
• Hands-on Agile and Scrum experience, preferably in scaled environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to align multiple brands and teams around shared priorities.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
