STAFFICE B.V. is seeking a Logistics Warehouse Planner to coordinate transport allocations, team rosters, and daily operational records.

The role starts with reviewing transport manifests and resolving discrepancies to keep the supply chain moving smoothly. You will balance shifts with warehouse workload, maintain data across systems, and collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient goods flow.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of transport or warehouse coordination experience.
• Proficiency with inventory software, databases and spreadsheets.
• Professional English communication and strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to cover alternating double shifts and two weekend days monthly.

Responsibilities

• Schedule haulage vehicles and coordinate all inbound and outbound freight activity.
• Detect, investigate, and correct software-related errors within logistical schedules.
• Formulate workforce duty rosters tailored to fluctuating floor requirements.
• Audit, archive, and monitor shipping paperwork across internal digital platforms.
• Liaise continuously with related divisions including procurement, sales, and warehouse operations.
• Input and preserve current consignment and account details within database systems.
• Pinpoint administrative friction points and implement rapid corrective measures.
