Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in logistics planning.
• Flexibility to work in a two-shift system (07:00–16:00, 08:00–17:00, 15:50–00:50/01:50/02:50).
• Experience with WMS, CRM systems, and Excel.
• Good English communication and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan trucks and optimize all transport movements around the warehouse.
• Identify and resolve system exceptions in logistics planning.
• Create and monitor staff planning based on needs and capacity.
• Process and manage logistical documentation in internal systems.
• Communicate with purchasing, sales, and logistics for smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate shipment and client data in the CRM system.
• Spot bottlenecks and proactively solve them.
