Job summary

Vanderlande seeks a Warehouse Planner Spare Parts to join the Global Spare Parts team. Based initially at the Best site, you will coordinate wave planning, releases, and trips, aligning inbound, outbound, and inventory management with customer deliveries.

The role supports the Veghel SPDC project and eventual relocation to Veghel in 2027. You bring a 3+ year track record in warehouse planning, lean methods, and data analysis using Excel/Power BI/SQL, with WMS experience (LOCUS a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse planning, workload balancing, and operational coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL).
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); LOCUS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize and release warehouse waves and shipment trips to ensure efficient order fulfillment and on-time deliveries.
• Develop and coordinate daily warehouse plans to optimize resource utilization and performance targets.
• Act as core team member in planning the transition to the new warehouse facility, ensuring seamless operations.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen projects to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and quality teams to align processes.
