Job summary

Teva is seeking a Program Manager to drive governance, planning and execution for the Logistics Optimization and Value Acceleration program. You will align functional teams, maintain integrated plans, track risks and dependencies, and provide timely reporting to leadership.

This global, cross-functional role partners with Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, and more. The role requires 7–10 years in program management or related fields, experience in large transformation programs, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline
7-10 years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Consulting, or Operations
Experience supporting large-scale transformation or business change programs
Experience coordinating cross-functional and international teams
Experience in project governance, reporting, and stakeholder management
Exposure to pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, or other regulated industries is preferred
Strong project and program management capabilities, excellent planning, prioritization skills
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Ability to operate effectively within matrix organizations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the integrated master program plan.
Coordinate activities across all workstreams to ensure alignment on priorities, milestones, and dependencies.
Monitor progress against agreed deliverables and identify potential deviations.
Manage the program governance framework and governance calendar.
Coordinate Steering Committee, Program Review, and workstream meetings.
Prepare executive dashboards, reports, presentations, and status updates.
Monitor critical dependencies across workstreams and regions.
Escalate risks and issues to program leadership when required.
Ensure consistency between program reporting and approved business case commitments.
Support governance interactions with strategic logistics partners and external consultants.
Track supplier deliverables and actions contributing to program milestones.
Coordinate follow-up of cross-functional actions involving external parties.
Maintain program documentation, decision logs, action trackers, and governance records.
Ensure all project documentation is stored and maintained in accordance with governance requirements
