Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals in Haarlem, Netherlands, seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead governance, planning and reporting across the LOVA initiative. You will align cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Finance and more to drive disciplined execution from strategy to milestones.

In this global role, you’ll maintain integrated plans, track risks, produce executive dashboards, and support governance forums with timely insights and actions to deliver program objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in Program Management or PMO.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional and international teams.
• Experience in project governance, reporting, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve the integrated master program plan.
• Coordinate activities across all workstreams for alignment on priorities and milestones.
• Monitor progress against deliverables and identify deviations.
• Manage the program governance framework and governance calendar.
• Coordinate Steering Committee, Program Review, and workstream meetings.
• Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and status updates.
