GXO Logistics is seeking a Team Leader for its Amsterdam/Schiphol‑Rijk site. You will lead a 5–6 person team, coordinate returns, scrap management and order processing, and drive continuous improvement with Kaizen. Fluency in English and experience in logistics are required.

The role expects rotating shifts 06:00–15:00 and 13:00–22:00 with occasional Saturdays. You will report to the Warehouse Manager and work with a Coordinator to oversee daily operations, ensuring team support and effective

• Experience leading a team in logistics, warehousing, or a similar setting.
• Strong English communication at all levels.
• Proactive, flexible mindset and initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate a 5–6 person team including a Coordinator; drive training and coaching.
• Achieve operational KPIs and monitor performance.
• Assign tasks and ensure accuracy; maintain safe working environment and proactive safety culture.
• Lead cross-functional start-up activities and Kaizen/5S improvements.
• Liaise daily with internal/external customers on operations and staffing needs.
