Job summary

Pneutec is seeking a confident Warehouse Team Leader to manage the outbound logistics in a dynamic environment. You will lead a team of about 5 employees, drive daily execution, and ensure smooth coordination with Supply Chain and Customer Service while supporting ERP implementations.

You bring a completed LBO+/MBO in logistics, at least 2 years’ experience with Warehouse Management Systems, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. Dutch language skills are essential; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Completed LBO+ or MBO course in logistics.
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role with WMS.
• Affinity with technology and ERP systems advantageous.
• Customer-oriented and proactive attitude with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~5 in the outbound logistics processes.
• Oversee daily execution of warehousing and shipments.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Customer Service; optimize ERP usage.
