Job summary

Pneutec is seeking a confident Warehouse Team Leader to manage the outbound logistics in a dynamic environment. You will lead a team of about 5 employees, drive daily execution, and ensure smooth coordination with Supply Chain and Customer Service while supporting ERP implementations.

You bring a completed LBO+/MBO in logistics, at least 2 years’ experience with Warehouse Management Systems, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. Dutch language skills are essential; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Completed LBO+ or MBO course in logistics.
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role with WMS.
• Affinity with technology and ERP systems advantageous.
• Customer-oriented and proactive attitude with strong communication.

As a team leader warehouse you are responsible for the logistic processes in the outgoing products warehouse. You will lead a team of about 5 employees. You are in the middle of the daily execution of the logistic processes and are happy to roll up your sleeves as well. You manage, coach, motivate and supervise your employees and ensure a good atmosphere in the team, optimum employability and involvement. You also know how to call people to account for their behaviour. Bottlenecks in the processes, deliveries and progress are solved proactively and you optimise the deployment of people and resources. You report to the Production Manager and work closely with the Supply chain and Customer Service departments.

In addition to working in and managing the logistics processes, this position offers you the opportunity to use your experience in the implementation of a new ERP system.

your profile

You have a completed LBO+ or MBO course in logistics or similar and you have an affinity with technology. In addition, you have at least 2 years of work experience in a similar position and experience with Warehouse Management Systems.

You have a customer-oriented and solution-oriented approach with a flexible and proactive attitude; you like to solve problems, even if they do not belong directly to the domain of your own function and you do everything to keep the customer satisfied. Furthermore, you are skilled with computers; knowledge of and experience with an ERP package is an advantage.

As a person you are involved, driven and have excellent communication skills. You have good oral and written skills in the Dutch language. English is an advantage.
