We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Teamleader to join our team in Eindhoven 2 (G). In this role, you’ll work in a 2-shift system and report directly to the Warehouse Manager.

What you do on a typical day

Manage team performance; develop associates by providing training and coaching
Manage coordinators and help them grow within their role
Instruct, inform, and support the employees of the department, so that the work is carried out safely, efficiently, and correctly, in accordance with the applicable standards (including KPI’s and productivities)
Lead start-up activities with cross functional teams
Make recommendations regarding new hires, terminating contracts, performance evaluations and promotions
Ensure that documents work instructions of processes are up to date and are being followed by the department
Continually strive to improve the processes of your department

What do you need to succeed at GXO

At least three years of experience in a similar (leading) position
Have good communication skills in English, verbal and written
Have an enthusiastic and flexible attitude, and you have a self-starting ability
A good knowledge of office software and WMS functionality, including Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of ISO9001
Knowledge of medical devices would be advantageous, but is not essential
Able to work shifts from 6am – 3pm / 2pm – 11pm, Monday to Friday
