Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Customer Support Officer in the Netherlands to help ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time within our Consumer Product logistics team in Heijen (Gennep). You'll monitor outgoing orders, resolve operational issues, and collaborate with Warehouse Operations, Planning, Transport, and international customers to safeguard service levels.

Proactive communication and data analysis are valued.

Qualifications

MBO level with at least one year of relevant work experience, or HBO starter.
Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Excel; ERP and/or WMS systems are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Monitor outgoing customer orders and ensure timely delivery according to SLAs.
Track transport exceptions and resolve operational issues through system analysis and coordination.
Analyze operational data while monitoring KPIs, planning, and customer expectations.
Identify discrepancies between incoming and outgoing orders and collaborate with colleagues to resolve them.
Support continuous process improvements by proactively identifying and addressing operational deviations.
