Invite Jobs B.V. is recruiting a Logistics Supervisor for an international logistics employer in Venlo. You will lead the logistics team, coach colleagues, assign tasks, and oversee inbound, pick & pack, replenishment, outbound and returns to maximize efficiency and quality. Direct employment after selection is offered.

The role requires 3–4 years in logistics, 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong English, and a hands-on leadership style with a focus on safety and growth.

Qualifications

• At least an MBO level 4 diploma, preferably supplemented with or currently studying towards HBO/Bachelor
• 3-4 years of experience in logistics
• At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial work experience
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• You are a true coach and know how to motivate teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Reliable, flexible, and solution-oriented
• Physically capable of warehouse work (lifting up to 25 kg)
• Willing to work in day shifts (07:00-16:00) or staggered day shifts (09:00-19:00)

Responsibilities

• Onboard new colleagues, assist with absenteeism and recruitment, and work hands-on on the floor

As a Logistics Supervisor, you are the driving force behind the logistics team. You coach and motivate your colleagues, distribute tasks, and ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and according to the highest quality standards. You make sure the team performs at its best every day and that logistics processes operate flawlessly. Your day begins with an energetic kick‑off meeting. You coordinate the planning, assign tasks, and keep an eye on progress. Throughout the day, you are the point of contact for your team, adjust where necessary, and actively contribute to improvements. You support onboarding new colleagues, assist with absenteeism management and recruitment, and work hands‑on on the floor. This way, you know exactly whats going on and can act quickly. Together with your team, you ensure a safe, pleasant working environment and top performance in areas such as inbound, pick & pack, replenishment, outbound, and returns.
