GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Site Engineer in Rijsbergen, Breda, to drive operational excellence and implement innovative solutions in a dynamic 3PL setting. You will lead improvement projects, optimise assembly processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new technologies and automation.

The role focuses on process improvements, KPI monitoring, and presenting findings to stakeholders, with exposure to WMS and AutoCAD design tasks within a global logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics Engineering or related field.
• Proven project management experience within a logistics environment.
• Experience within assembly or production environments is preferred.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead logistics engineering projects from concept through to completion, ensuring delivery within timelines and budgets.
• Support and optimise onsite assembly processes for customers.
• Analyse operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop innovative solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate project updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and automation solutions.
• Utilise AutoCAD for warehouse design and layout planning where applicable.
• Monitor KPIs to measure project success and track continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll bring to GXO

• Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing process improvements

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Experience of AutoCAD is a must
