Job summary

Jobster in the Netherlands is seeking a Logistics & RMA Administrator to support day-to-day operations in the Logistics and RMA department. You will handle orders, stock movements, shipping documents and RMA processing while coordinating with Sales, IT and Finance.

The role requires independent work, strong communication, and experience with Oracle. Dutch and French language skills are a plus; 32 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with a hybrid work setup and commuting within reasonable distance

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written); Dutch and French are a plus.
• Experience with systems like Oracle.
• Willingness and ability to learn transport and customs regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process inbound and outbound orders and bookings.
• Create shipping documents (invoices, packing lists).
• Monitor order flow and invoice orders.
• Process stock movements (to assembly, back).
• Provide documentation for audits and maintain stock counts.
• Support Sales, IT and Finance; back-up for Purchase and RMA when needed.
• Handle RMA requests via phone, email and online tools; evaluate returns with technical/sales/product teams.
