Responsibilities

• Lead ITIL processes (incident, problem, change) and manage full service portfolio lifecycle.
• Governing managed service contracts, conduct QBRs and manage external providers.
• Optimize licenses, control budgets and drive cost-saving improvements.
• Serve as central contact with service providers, align with Value Streams and business stakeholders.
• Develop long-term service roadmaps using operational data to drive SOP improvements.
• Lead the Delivery Management competence center and manage run teams.
