Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or Applied Physics.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in an engineering, production, or service environment involving high-tech products.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Lead leading new building or renovation projects.
• Proven track record analyzing technical designs in terms of industrialization, serviceability, or system reliability.

Responsibilities

• Review, challenge, and translate infrastructure requirements into actionable layout specifications for Corporate Real Estate (CRE).
• Serve as the primary project lead for Manufacturing Services on new build and renovation projects in close collaboration with CRE.
• Align technical designs and scope definitions across multidisciplinary engineering, operational, and external stakeholder teams.
• Evaluate and refine technical input to continuously improve serviceability, lead times, and spatial efficiency.
• Participate actively in CRE project team meetings to safeguard Manufacturing Services' operational requirements.
