Job summary

Scheuten Glas in Venlo zoekt een logistiek medewerker productie om bij te dragen aan de voorbereiding van glasproducten voor transport. Je werkt in een team waar samenwerking en veiligheid centraal staan en krijgt de kans om vaardigheden aan te leren zoals het bedienen van gespecialiseerde apparatuur.

De functie vereist ervaring in logistiek of productie, de bereidheid tot een vaste 3-ploegendienst en een heftruckcertificaat of de bereidheid dit te halen.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in logistiek of productieprocessen.
• Bereidheid om in een vast 3-ploegendienst te werken.
• Geldig heftruckcertificaat of bereidheid dit te halen.
• Fysiek in staat om zware taken uit te voeren.
• Positieve houding en sterke teamspeler.
• Vloertaal: Nederlands of Duits.

Responsibilities

• Inspecteren van orders op volledigheid en juistheid voor verzending.
• Verpakken van glasproducten voor transport volgens kwaliteitsstandaarden.
• Veilig en efficiënt rijden met een heftruck (certificering vereist of bereid dit te halen).
• Samenwerken aan een positieve teamcultuur en procesverbeteringen voorstellen.
• Verkrijgen van ervaring met een overheadkraan voor toekomstige verantwoordelijkheden.

• Learning: gaining experience with equipment like an overhead crane for future responsibilities.

• An hourly wage of €19.58, including a 23% shift allowance.
• A temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
• A 38-hour workweek in a fixed 3-shift schedule.
• 8% holiday pay and 25 vacation days annually.
• Travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer.
• An annual bonus scheme of up to €2,500 gross.
