Job summary

Yokogawa is seeking a Business Process Transformation Specialist – Logistics to strengthen European logistics performance. You will analyze challenges, map current and future processes, and drive improvement projects across multiple countries.

You will build business cases, align procedures with strategy and compliance, and coordinate with departments and suppliers to deliver measurable results. Based in the Netherlands, the role offers a path to impactful logistics optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, including at least 2 years in a project management or process improvement role.
• Experience coordinating project teams or workstreams.
• A structured, analytical way of working with data to support root cause analysis.
• Process modelling and mapping skills.
• Clear communication and ability to facilitate discussions with stakeholders at different levels.
• Organized, capable of planning and delivering under deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyse operational challenges in the logistics organization and identify root causes.
• Develop and refine logistics procedures and keep them aligned with organizational strategy, compliance requirements and company policies.
• Drive change initiatives that strengthen logistics performance across the region, from analysis through implementation.
• Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes, assess gaps and recommend practical solutions.
• Build the business case for improvements, including cost-benefit and ROI.
• Plan and coordinate improvement projects with departments, suppliers and stakeholders: timelines, milestones, resources and progress reporting.
• Identify risks to the projects you run and put mitigation in place.
• Facilitate requirements sessions and stakeholder discussions.
• Example initiative: creating synergy between local operating companies across Europe with regards to logistics activities and processes.
