Job summary

Yokogawa Electric Corporation is seeking a Business Process Transformation Specialist – Logistics based in Amersfoort, Netherlands. You will analyze operational challenges, map AS-IS and TO-BE processes, and drive improvement initiatives across Europe from planning to implementation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
Experience in logistics or supply chain management is required.

Responsibilities

Analyse operational challenges in the logistics organization and identify root causes.
Develop and refine logistics procedures and align with strategy, compliance and policies.
Drive change initiatives to improve logistics performance across Europe from analysis to implementation.
Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes, assess gaps and propose practical solutions.
Build the business case for improvements including cost-benefit and ROI.
Plan and coordinate improvement projects with departments, suppliers and stakeholders with timelines and milestones.
Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
Facilitate requirements sessions and stakeholder discussions.
Collaborate across Europe to align procedures and best practices in logistics.
