Job summary

Yokogawa is seeking a Business Process Transformation Specialist – Logistics to support its European logistics operations from Amersfoort. The role involves analyzing challenges, refining procedures, and driving change initiatives across the region with regular travel to Yokogawa locations in Europe.

You will map processes, build business cases, and coordinate projects with multiple stakeholders to increase efficiency and compliance. A strong analytics mindset and PM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years in logistics or supply chain management, incl. 2+ years in PM or process improvement.
• Experience coordinating project teams or workstreams.
• Analytical approach with data-driven root-cause analysis.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methods.

Responsibilities

• Analyse operational challenges in the logistics organization and identify root causes.
• Develop and refine logistics procedures aligned with strategy and policies.
• Drive change initiatives to strengthen logistics performance across the region.
• Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes, assess gaps and recommend practical solutions.
• Build business cases for improvements with cost-benefit and ROI.
• Plan and coordinate improvement projects with departments, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Facilitate requirements sessions and stakeholder discussions.
