Job summary

Orion Engineering in the Netherlands is seeking a Process Engineer to drive continuous improvement of automated logistics systems using KPI data and performance monitoring.

You will lead root cause analyses, develop dashboards, and collaborate with operations, service teams, engineers and customers to implement sustainable, measurable improvements. Occasional travel within the Benelux is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or logistics.
• Strong analytical skills with an affinity for data and automation.
• Experience managing stakeholders across different levels of an organization.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly communicative.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Willing to travel occasionally within the Benelux.

Responsibilities

• Analyze process and system performance using KPI and operational data.
• Identify and implement process improvements and optimization initiatives.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex operational issues.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor performance.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to improve operations.
• Support testing and implementation of technical and operational improvements.
