You will oversee warehouse operations, manage trade and customs, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements while collaborating with service providers and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Fluent Dutch and English, ERP experience, and a hands-on approach are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in logistics / warehouse operations.
• Experience with operational coordination or functional leadership preferred.
• Strong Dutch and English communication skills.
• Basic Customs knowledge.

• Coordinate workload, priorities and operational escalations.
• Provide functional leadership, coaching and direction to the team.
