NXP Semiconductors in the Netherlands is seeking a logistics professional to provide day-to-day leadership and coordination of the logistics operation. You will ensure operational continuity, performance, and continuous improvement while developing into full people management responsibility for the logistics team.

The role covers warehouse operations, continuous improvement, trade & customs, and transportation management, requiring strong Dutch and English communication and solid knowledge of

Qualifications

• MBO+ level working and thinking.
• Relevant experience in logistics / warehouse operations.
• Experience with operational coordination or functional leadership preferred.
• Strong leadership potential and ability to work with different personalities.
• Improvement-minded, fact based and analytical, able to convert operational data into practical actions.
• Strong Dutch and English communication skills.
• Basic customs knowledge.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and warehouse/ERP systems.

Role Objective

Provide day-to-day leadership and coordination of the logistics operation, ensuring operational continuity, performance and continuous improvement across the team. The role combines strong operational understanding with functional leadership and is designed for a professional with the capability and ambition to develop into full people management responsibility for the logistics team.

• Maintain sufficient hands-on process knowledge across all operational areas

Required Profile

• MBO+ working and thinking level
• Relevant experience in logistics / warehouse operations
• Experience with operational coordination or functional leadership preferred
