Job summary

Responsibilities

• 4PL Vendor Management: supervise the 4PL vendor and ensure client requests align with SLA and contracts.
• Client Communication & Exception Handling: serve as the primary contact for client requests and coordinate execution.
• Cost & Billing Management: calculate labor hours and costs for out-of-scope tasks and negotiate billing with the client.
• P&L Management & Monthly Reviews: host monthly reviews with client and 4PL stakeholders and propose cost optimizations.
