JD.com in the Netherlands offers the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program for early-career talent. Over 3-6 months you will work with experienced teams on real projects, gaining hands-on exposure and responsibility in a fast-paced, global business.

You will support operations, shadow a station supervisor, track daily KPIs, help lead stand-ups, and coordinate with transport and customer service to resolve delivery issues. English fluency is required; knowledge of Chinese, Dutch or French is a plus.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT, or Data Science and will graduate in 2026/2027.
No extensive work experience required, but a strong can-do attitude, proactivity, and willingness to take on responsibility are a must.

Responsibilities

Operations Support: Assist the Station Supervisor in coordinating daily operations of delivery station.
Junior Leadership: Shadow and support the supervisor in guiding a team of associates, sorters, or drivers during your shift.
Data & Performance Tracking: Monitor daily station KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and suggest data-driven process improvements.
Team Communication: Help conduct daily team briefings (Stand-ups) and ensure all frontline staff follow safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with the transport network and customer service teams to resolve real-time delivery exceptions and tracking issues.
