Job summary

BREITLING in Amsterdam area is seeking an Office & Logistics Coordinator to support Sales & Aftersales, handle order picking, shipment prep, and SAP logistics administration. You will liaise with suppliers and customers across BENELUX, ensuring timely, accurate, and courteous service.

The role demands hands-on organization, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to daily logistics tasks in a luxury watch company.

Qualifications

Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
Hands-on, proactive, and enjoy combining operational and administrative tasks.
Good knowledge of MS Office and comfortable working with digital systems.
Experience with SAP in a logistics environment is a plus.
Strong communicator with a service-minded approach.

Responsibilities

Support the Sales & Aftersales teams with order picking and repair bookings.
Prepare goods for shipment, including necessary customs documentation.
Manage warehouse stock and support canteen orders.
Handle administrative processes in our SAP logistics system.
Troubleshoot stock and delivery issues and ensure smooth logistics processes.
Support reception activities, including answering calls, welcoming visitors and receiving/delivering goods.
Work closely with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure high service levels.
