Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly seeks an Operations Analyst (Network & Capacity) to analyze, design, and optimize logistics networks and capacity planning. You will translate demand forecasts into capacity requirements and support data-driven decisions across the network.

The role bridges internal and external stakeholders, aligning demand, capacity, and performance. You will identify efficiency opportunities and contribute to network performance using advanced data interpretation and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business performance and identify areas for improvement
• Conduct data analysis and make recommendations to improve productivity and efficiency
• Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management
• Implement network changes in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Monitor performance metrics and track progress towards operational goals
• Identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate them
• Participate in the War Room initiative during peak seasons
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operations analysis
